Stillness rules the roost,
Daylight burgeons,
No leaf moves,
Children
Sleep!
Gulls
Chatter
On Rooftops,
Noise Discordant
Wakes whole Neighbourhood!

    I love the turn in the middle and how the poem works back out to where it started but with everything in reverse–like they are mirror images of each other. Very cool.
