Thanks…..Yes, the ‘bug’ does attack occasionally. 😉 Hugs!
Perhaps merely prompting thought…? 😉
yes…I am very suggestible, ideas just jam up like ice flows
Will have to break the ice flow. 😉
careful what ya wish for 🙂
Hopefully not an avalanche…. 😉
my throbbing hand agrees…the prednisone is working but not really a pain helper.
Take it easy…… 😉
he was a perfect exact opposite of me
If you were ‘nuts’ would he have been ‘beans’ ? 😉
now that my car is in the comparatively “nice warm” garage…the battery is dead. sigh.
Sod’s Law…as I am wont to say. 😉
I like the word “wont”….. am wont to use it myself.
Oh the tangled web we weave… Good writing!
Oh, indeed! Sometimes more so than others. 😉
Excellent. This was deep
Intended to prompt a ‘Ponder’….. 😉
A beautiful image
Most interesting today Elliot.
Thanks Peter. 🙂
is that a British term? beans?
Ha! Ha! Just making it up… 😉
thought so… what is Sod’s Law, something like Murphy’s?
Yes! Very much so…..
Makes for a fascinating little read….very brief.
Look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sod's_law
I’ll have a peek.
interesting, yes I see the similarities and variations. I like Murphy’s better if it discounts expecting the worst possible outcome. Like now, my poor dead car battery is waiting in the garage…but the good news is that my son-in-law lives next door, and we DO have jumper cables. Scott is off feeding the homeless, as he does on Tuesdays….so I will wait. No sense bothering the AAA with such. 🙂
Good to have someone so near…. 😉
its the battery. Very simple fix EXCEPT of course with MY particular vehicle…which needs special tools and skills…. I guess that’s Sod’s Law? Rather Murphy’s?
Gosh..reading the comments, don’t quite know what to say….xxx
