Who lack the pre-requisite bag of tools,
Cool Patience unsurpassed,
Smiles not to be outclassed,
Kind words and Understanding are as jewels.

Usually silence is the etiquette of fisher folk, at least on rivers it is meant to be. At sea, waves pounding rocks and all other natural noises would mask any human communication, especially in a position such as you depict.

I like the fishing picture as a metaphor. My Dad was a fisherman, and I always think of him when I see a reminder. patience is not one of my strong suites…
