Not for tomorrow’s world feel fear,
Nor yearn for yesterday’s,
The distant hills are too unclear,
What’s gone lives in a haze –
Let Here and Now amaze!

Gifted!!!

Another year is come and gone
Like every other year;
That which is done is left undone.
The future never fear,
A pristine page is clear!

The present moment celebrate,
On unknown never fret;
The Lord will always navigate,
In confidence do bet –
He bids you ne’er forget!

Let gratitude each day adorn
With odes of fulsome praise;
In downcast hearts new joys are born
When into hope they gaze –
Promise of fairer days!

Let It Be!

Circle of Life

The silent suff’rer sheds no tears,
No woeful word from her is heard,
Warm smiling eyes betray no fears,
No patent sign of pain deferred;

A stoic stares indifferently,
His sphinx-like face a joyless mask;
Secreted thoughts a deep Dead Sea,
To salvage these a fruitless task;

As Summer Sun her passage wends,
Autumnal Chill his counsel keeps;
When Winter’s Frost his presence tends,
Spring’s vibrant colours snugly sleeps.

Fair destined Life her course needs run,
For consummation to be done!
